Breanna Blask is a Litigation Paralegal at Merchant &amp; Gould’s Minneapolis office. As a multitasking team player, she assists the legal team with IP litigation, primarily on ANDA-related cases.

A Compelling Journey Into the Paralegal Field

Inspired by her grandmother, a former paralegal, Breanna found herself drawn to the law, specifically litigation. From the procedures and formality of the courtroom to the structured arguments between plaintiffs, defendants and attorneys, Breanna was inspired by the research process that goes into litigation.

The road to Breanna’s paralegal career was paved with hard work and dedication. She started in the field in 2016 as the Manager of Law Firm Office Services for Merchant &amp; Gould where she eventually progressed into the position of an International Legal Specialist in 2021.

In June 2022, after working full-time to put herself through school, Breanna earned her ABA-approved Paralegal Associate’s degree from North Hennepin Community College. She became a Litigation Paralegal at Merchant &amp; Gould in September of 2022.

Some of Breanna Blask’s most significant strengths include her elite organizational skills and her talent for technology. These capabilities enable her to stay on top of the work at hand and evolve with the industry as new advancements occur.

Every day at a law office can be different, so Breanna makes sure she’s constantly learning and training to hone her professional skills. When she’s away from the office, Breanna likes to spend her time outside enjoying the rare warm weather of Minnesota with her boyfriend and her pets.
